At Work

اصطلاح ” postpone it ” را زمانی به کار می‌بریم که بخواهیم کاری را به بعد موکول کنیم و با تأخیر انجام دهیم. نمونه زیر را ببینید:

.David: Whatever you are doing you would better postpone it. it looks like we are going to be Doing mark s job too. You wouldn’t believe what’s happening

.Bob: so give me the lowdown

.David: if he doesn’t improve his behaviour soon he’s going to get himself fired

.Bob: man I’m such a weakling that if I drink as much alcohol as he does

.David: I agree. not to mention being senseles the next day
